GREAT EXPERIENCE THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS.

The workers, Jimmy and Barry were wonderful not only at their work skills but at the cleanliness and proffessionalism they portrayed throughout the job.

Every time we call for am emergency or non-emergency we are always treated as A#1 priority. Not the norm in the industry these days!

So far we are loving it and looking forward to the warmth and cost of operation savings this winter.

Haven't had much occasion to use it yet but so far we are impressed and excited. Almost looking forward to the weather change in order to experience it more.

I had S. J. Kowalski install my Fujitsu 15rlq unit. They arrive on time. The installers were very professional. Once they were finish they went over the controls and what filters that has to be maintain. (As good as it gets).

We have only used the unit for heat but it was great. Also the men who installed the unit explained how to use everything. Great experience. The owner also called a few days after the installation to see if we were satisfied.

So far we have only used the heating on cool mornings and it was great. The installation was great also with a full explanation of how everything worked.

Probably one of the best buys for the money, while considering energy.

The mini-split heat pumps are working fine and I have saved at least $100 on my first electric bill.

Our unit was installed this week. We have had workmen do work for us in the past but Barry and Jon are the true professionals. They are the best. Knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, & they cleaned up! They had all the pertinent information written out for us regarding the model, serial number, etc. together with addresses & phone numbers. Mr. K called the next day to make sure we were happy and had no problems We are looking forward to a cooler summer. Thank you Barry, Jon & Mr. K.

I wanted you to know that we are very pleased with our two Heat Pumps at this time. I do not have sufficient data at this point to determine savings with the Heat Pumps vs. the oil burner. I can assure you with the records I keep, that I will know in the near future.

We also compliment Barry and Ed on the excellent work they did on the installation of the Heat Pumps. It's a pleasure to have someone like them to work in our home.
